ContactHow do I renew my Annual License?
First, we would like to thank you for staying with us for the year! Your annual license fee is forever "locked in" at the price at which you orginally purchased the software (if you maintain continous licensing). However, the online purchase price you see may have increased. Do not worry, we will know that you are an existing user and charge your card accordingly. In fact, for maximum security, our shopping cart does not automatically bill your credit card at all; we MANUALLY bill your card (usually within 24-48 hours).
Within ezChartWriter
- Open the Admin section and click Software Account->Purchase Software
- All data will be prefilled for you; just enter your credit card info
- You may either upload the order form or print a form for faxing/mailing
Website Renewal
- Go to the Purchase Now screen and enter your EXISTING clinic number
Fax/Mail Renewal
- Download the paper form and fax it back to us: (800) 497-3587
