The SuperBill Tool allow you to create either a printed SuperBill or a virtual one (for use with the ezClaimBiller module). Normally if you select the exam type on the Subjective Findings screen, the CPT codes will be pre-filled. But you can manually select the work you have done by clicking the checkboxes on the left-side list. The diagnosis codes are also auto generated from the Assessment list.
