ezClaimBiller allows you to create a standard CMS-1500 claim form, as used by nearly all US health care organizations and insurance companies. It is required for Medicare and Medicaid claims. Claims can be printed on paper or export for upload to an EDI clearinghouse.
All claims are based on a FeeSlip, so before you can create a claim you must have a FeeSlip completed. Once the claim is opened, it is visible onscreen just like the real CMS-1500. You can edit all fields, although most are pre-populated with data from the patient record.
